Hon. Zakaria Dauda Nyampa is a Nigerian politician and legislator from Adamawa State. He was born on 12 February 1973 and is associated with the Michika/Madagali area of the state. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has been involved in grassroots leadership and community development before and during his political career.
Nyampa began his political career through community and youth leadership, where he became involved in grassroots mobilisation and youth empowerment. His background in community engagement later provided a foundation for his entry into formal politics.
In 2019, he was elected to the House of Representatives to represent the Michika/Madagali Federal Constituency of Adamawa State on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He retained the seat in the 2023 general election, becoming a second-term member of the 10th National Assembly. His legislative interests have included security, infrastructure and youth empowerment, issues that are particularly important to communities in his constituency.
As a federal legislator, Nyampa has been involved in initiatives aimed at improving the welfare and development of his constituents. His constituency has also benefited from interventions in areas such as infrastructure, empowerment and access to basic services.
Beyond his legislative duties, Nyampa has maintained a strong connection with grassroots communities in Michika and Madagali. His public service profile is largely centred on community representation, youth development, security and efforts to improve infrastructure in his constituency.
Hon. Zakaria Dauda Nyampa remains an experienced representative of the Michika/Madagali Federal Constituency, having served in the National Assembly since 2019 and continued his legislative career under the PDP.
