Hon. Uchola Ojogbane Omale, also known as Victor Omale Ojogbane, is a Nigerian politician, businessman and community leader from Kogi State. He is associated with the Idah/Igalamela-Odolu/Ofu/Ibaji Federal Constituency, where he has been active in grassroots politics and has pursued the goal of representing the constituency in the House of Representatives.

Omale has an educational background that includes his First School Leaving Certificate, Senior Secondary School Certificate and a Bachelor of Science degree. He has also developed a profile in the private sector, with reports describing him as a businessman who has been involved in economic and community activities. His background has contributed to his involvement in the political affairs of Kogi East.

His political career became more prominent during the preparations for the 2023 general elections, when he emerged as a major aspirant for the House of Representatives seat for the Idah federal constituency on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He contested the party's nomination process and was subsequently involved in a legal dispute over the party's ticket. The matter eventually went through the courts, and he did not become the PDP candidate for the 2023 election.

In May 2026, Omale returned to the contest for the House of Representatives seat, this time under the All Progressives Congress (APC). He emerged from the party's primary election as its candidate for the Idah/Igalamela-Odolu/Ofu/Ibaji Federal Constituency, defeating other aspirants, including the incumbent lawmaker. His emergence marked a significant development in his political career after his earlier attempt to secure the constituency's representation.

For the 2027 general elections, Omale is therefore the APC candidate for the Idah/Igalamela-Odolu/Ofu/Ibaji Federal Constituency. His campaign is built around his political experience, grassroots connections and stated interest in improving representation and development within the constituency.

Uchola Ojogbane Omale's political journey has consequently included party primaries, legal challenges, grassroots mobilisation and a transition from the PDP to the APC.
