Hon. Sada Soli Jibia is a Nigerian politician from Katsina State and a member of the Federal House of Representatives. He represents the Jibia/Kaita Federal Constituency in the National Assembly under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC). He has served in the House across different legislative periods and is one of the more experienced lawmakers from Katsina State.

Sada Soli was born on 13 March 1962 in Jibia, Katsina State. He began his education at Jibia Central Primary School before attending Katsina Teachers' College, where he obtained a Teachers' Grade II Certificate. He later attended the College of Education, Kafanchan, earning a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE). He proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and later earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Abuja.

Before becoming an elected politician, Soli worked within the National Assembly, beginning in 1992 as a Senior Legislative Officer. During his years in legislative administration, he gained extensive experience in parliamentary procedures, legislative drafting and the workings of the National Assembly. He also worked with committees dealing with foreign affairs and national planning and was involved with the National Constitutional Conference Commission.

Soli entered electoral politics in the mid-2000s and successfully contested the Jibia/Kaita Federal Constituency seat in the 2007 general election. He subsequently returned to the National Assembly in later elections and became a member of the 9th and 10th National Assemblies. Between 2011 and 2015, he also served as Chief of Staff to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, working under Speaker Aminu Waziri Tambuwal.

As a legislator, Sada Soli has held several committee responsibilities within the House of Representatives. He has been particularly associated with the House Committee on Water Resources, where he has served as chairman, while also participating in various ad-hoc committees dealing with constitutional review, electoral matters, petroleum-sector issues and other areas of national policy.

Through his representation of Jibia and Kaita Local Government Areas, Sada Soli has remained involved in issues affecting communities in the constituency, including infrastructure, development and public services. His long career in both legislative administration and elected office has given him considerable experience in Nigeria's federal legislative system.

Sada Soli Jibia's political career therefore spans legislative administration, constituency representation and senior parliamentary responsibilities. His continued representation of the Jibia/Kaita Federal Constituency has made him a prominent figure in the political affairs of Katsina State and the wider North-West region.
