Hon. Nnaji Nnolim John is a Nigerian pharmacist, politician and legislator from Enugu State. Born on 24 August 1971, he represents the Nkanu East/Nkanu West Federal Constituency of Enugu State in the House of Representatives. He is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2019, before being re-elected in 2023.
Nnaji has a professional background in pharmacy and holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. His professional training provided the foundation for his later involvement in public service and politics. He has also been involved in government and administrative responsibilities at both state and federal levels.
Before entering the National Assembly, Nnaji served as Commissioner for Public Utilities in Enugu State from 1999 to 2002. He later served as Chairman of the Enugu State Housing Development Corporation from 2009 to 2010. Between 2012 and 2014, he was a member of the Governing Board of the Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), representing the South-East.
Nnaji entered the House of Representatives in 2019, representing Nkanu East/Nkanu West, and was returned to the National Assembly in the 2023 general election. His legislative career has focused on constituency representation and issues concerning infrastructure, public utilities and development.
For the 2027 general election, Nnaji Nnolim John is listed as the APC candidate for the Nkanu East/Nkanu West Federal Constituency, marking a change from his previous affiliation with the PDP. He continues to draw on his experience in pharmacy, state administration and federal legislative service in his political career.
