Hon. Mahmud Mustapha is a Nigerian politician from Katsina State and a candidate for the Ingawa/Kankia/Kusada Federal Constituency in the 2027 House of Representatives election. He is contesting under the platform of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM).

Mahmud Mustapha has been involved in political and grassroots activities in Katsina State. His political engagement has centred on community participation, interaction with local stakeholders and involvement in issues concerning public representation and development.
