Hon. Ibrahim Taofeeq Kayode, popularly known as ITK, is a Nigerian businessman, entrepreneur, philanthropist and politician from Osun State. He is from Osogbo and has built a public profile through his business interests, community-development activities and philanthropic programmes. He is the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for the Irepodun/Olorunda/Osogbo/Orolu Federal Constituency in the 2027 House of Representatives election. The constituency comprises the four local government areas of Irepodun, Olorunda, Osogbo and Orolu.

Kayode comes from the Aromole and Olaniyan family roots of Osogbo through his father and mother. He has described himself as coming from a family with a strong background in trading and business, stating that he learnt the fundamentals of entrepreneurship from his parents. His career has subsequently developed around private enterprise, with interests extending to real estate, construction, water supply, automobiles and hospitality.

Beyond his business activities, Kayode has established a reputation for community and philanthropic work in Osogbo. Through the Taofeeq Kayode Foundation, he has supported programmes aimed at assisting vulnerable residents and providing social relief. One of his long-running initiatives is an annual Ramadan feeding programme, which began at his father's residence before expanding to a larger operation in Osogbo. In 2025, the programme was reported to be providing meals to thousands of residents daily during the Ramadan period.

Education has also featured prominently in his community activities. Through the ITK Foundation, Kayode has supported students with educational materials and assistance with examination-related expenses. In September 2026, the foundation distributed 100,000 exercise books to students across 50 secondary schools within the federal constituency. He has identified continued support for education as one of the areas he intends to prioritise in his public service activities.

Kayode first publicly declared his intention to seek election to the House of Representatives in 2022. At the time, he announced his intention to contest the Irepodun/Olorunda/Orolu/Osogbo Federal Constituency seat on the APC platform, explaining that his decision followed calls from community members and stakeholders who encouraged him to enter politics. He highlighted his experience in business and employment creation as part of the background he intended to bring into public service.

Although he did not secure the APC nomination for the 2023 election, Kayode remained active in Osun politics and continued his community engagements. His activities have included support for charitable programmes, interactions with market and community leaders, and youth-oriented initiatives. In the period leading to the 2027 election, he became more directly involved in political mobilisation across Osogbo, Olorunda, Orolu and Irepodun.

For the 2027 general election, Ibrahim Taofeeq Kayode is listed as the APM candidate for the Irepodun/Olorunda/Osogbo/Orolu Federal Constituency. The final candidate list for the constituency records him under the APM, alongside candidates from other political parties. His 2027 campaign has focused on grassroots engagement, education, youth development and community-oriented programmes across the four local government areas.
