Biography of Hon. Eze Nwachukwu Eze

Hon. Eze Nwachukwu Eze is a Nigerian politician, clergyman and public servant from Ebonyi State. He was born on 15 February 1971 and is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC). He represents the Ebonyi/Ohaukwu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives and is a member of the 10th National Assembly.

Eze has a doctoral degree and has an academic background that includes studies at the Federal Polytechnic, Oko. He is also an ordained pastor and has been involved in community and religious activities before and alongside his political career.

Before his election to the National Assembly, Eze was active in the All Progressives Congress in Ebonyi State and served as Chairman of the party's state chapter. His experience in party organisation and grassroots politics contributed to his emergence as a federal legislative candidate.

In the 2023 general election, Eze was elected to represent the Ebonyi/Ohaukwu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives on the APC platform. He has since served in the 10th National Assembly, where he has been involved in legislative matters affecting his constituency and the wider Nigerian public.

Eze currently serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Banking and Other Financial Institutions. His committee responsibilities include legislative oversight of issues concerning banking institutions and the wider financial sector.

At the constituency level, his office has been associated with interventions in areas such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, youth and women empowerment, employment support, water and energy projects, and community development. His office has also reported the installation of solar-powered streetlights across communities and public spaces within Ebonyi/Ohaukwu.

Eze Nwachukwu Eze's public career therefore combines religious service, political party administration and federal legislative representation. His work in the National Assembly has particularly included financial-sector oversight alongside constituency-focused development initiatives.
