Asuquo Ekpenyong (born August 25, 1985) is a Nigerian financial analyst and politician, currently serving as Senator for Cross River South in the 10th National Assembly. He is the youngest member of the Nigerian Senate as of 2026.

Born in Eniong Abatim, Cross River State, he studied Economics and International Banking at the University of Reading, UK, and completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and Howard University. He lectured at the University of Calabar and founded Iquasu Limited, a logistics company, also serving in leadership roles in microfinance and bureau de change operations.

Ekpenyong entered politics as Cross River State Commissioner for Finance in 2015 at age 29, becoming the youngest and longest-serving finance commissioner in the state’s history. He also served as Commissioner for Transport and Marine Services and MD of Tinapa Business Resort. Elected Senator in 2023 under the APC, he chairs the Senate Committee on Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and serves on key finance, security, and banking committees. He is known for promoting the Factoring Regulation Bill and educational initiatives.

He is married to Netanela Duke Ekpenyong, daughter of former Governor Donald Duke, and they have three children. He is a devout Christian.
