Hon. Abang Victor Bisong, popularly known as “Mature,” is a Nigerian politician and member of the 10th House of Representatives, representing Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency of Cross River State under the APC.
Born in 1967 in Boki LGA, he is pursuing advanced studies in Business and Management and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and the Nigerian Institute of Management. His career spans local government service, over a decade as a Senate aide, and executive roles including Chief of Staff to the NDDC Chairman and Special Adviser to Governor Ben Ayade.
Elected in 2023, he focuses on resolving boundary disputes and improving rural infrastructure. He is also known for community development initiatives and humanitarian support. He is married with children and is a member of the Knight of St. John International.
